  • Cooking Oil 20.0 g
  • Onion, diced 20.0 g
  • Red Capsicum, diced 20.0 g
  • Yellow Capsicum, diced 20.0 g
  • Green Capsicum, diced 20.0 g
  • NoMeatballs 200.0 g
  • Sweet and Sour Sauce, as above 100.0 ml
  • Potato Starch (5gm Potato Starch + 10gm Water), optional

Preparation

  1. Sweet and Sour Sauce

    • In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients well and bring to boil. Ready to use.
  2. Sweet and Sour NoMeatballs

    • Season wok, stir-fry onions, capsicum till fragrant.
    • Fold in sauce, NoMeatball* tossing in high heat. Optional to add starch.
    • Ready to serve.
