With mac and cheese being so common, you should stand out from the competition by trying something different. Try adding feta cheese into your mac and cheese to give for a sharper and more robust flavour.

Preparation

  1. Feta Cheese Sauce

    • Heat up pot with olive oil. Sweat garlic and green padi till fragrant.
    • Add in water and bring to boil.
    • Whisk in Knorr instant Cheese Sauce Mix and mix well.
    • Bring to boil and let it simmer for 2 mins.
    • Fold in cream, Knorr Pronto Tomato, black pepper and feta cheese.
    • Mix well and set aside.

  2. Italian Bread Crumbs

    • In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together and set aside.

  3. Mac and Cheese

    • Heat up sauce, toss in pasta and mix well.
    • Transfer onto desired remekin and sprinkle italian bread crumb.
    • Gratin till brown under a salamander.
    • Plate and serve.
