Make entertaining easier at your next dinner party with these wagyu beef cigars. Tender minced beef seasoned with Italian herbs, wrapped in tortilla and accompanied by a creamy guacamole dip, this unique starter will be the star of the show.

Preparation

  1. Beef Filling

    • Sauté minced wagyu beef with onion, parsley, corn oil and Italian Herb Paste.
    • Fold in coriander and then strain off excess oil.
    • Set aside for later use.
  2. Guacamole Dip

    • Mash avocado, add in Pronto Tomato Sauce, chopped onion, lime juice, chopped serrano chilli and coriander slices.
    • Mix well and fill in glass jar. Chill till serve.
  3. Before Serving

    • Fill tortilla wrap with sautéed minced beef mixture.
    • Roll it up into a cigar shape.
    • Slant cut and place it on slate.
    • Serve with guacamole dip on the side.
