  • Red Bell Peppers 70.0 g
  • Avocado, diced 70.0 g
  • Tofu, diced 100.0 g
  • Red Shallots, finely chopped 30.0 g
  • Corn Kernels, charred 100.0 g
  • Japanese Cucumber, sliced 70.0 g

Miso Ponzu Dressing

  • Hellmann’s Miso Ponzu Dressing 400.0 g

Garnish

  • Feta Cheese, optional 40.0 g
  • Smoked Duck, sliced 100.0 g

Corn kernels are charred first to bring out its sweetness and give it a slightly smoky taste, then tossed with chickpeas and assorted vegetables. Complete the chickpea salad by tossing it with Hellmann's Miso Ponzu Dressing to give a nutty miso taste. Easy and quick to make, this is ideal as an appetiser or as a main to serve diners.

Preparation

  1. Salad Mix

    • Prepare salad mix.
  2. Miso Ponzu Dressing

    • Add in Hellmann's Miso Ponzu Dressing and mix well.
  3. Garnish

    • Top with feta cheese and smoked duck. Ready to serve.
