  • Knorr Lime Flavoured Powder 400g 2.0 g
  • Coriander, chopped 10.0 g
  • Sea Salt 3.0 g
  • Black Pepper, Crushed 2.0 g

Harissa Tomato NOCHICKEN

  • Harissa Tomato Sauce, As Above

Cater to flexitarians' dietary preferences with plant-based dishes! Our tacos uses The Vegetarian Butcher NoChicken Chunks, which almost tastes like the real chicken meat. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the taco packs a spicy kick from the tomato harissa sauce, followed by a refreshing aftertaste from the lime.

Preparation

  1. Marination

    • In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together and marinate for at least 2 hrs.
  2. Harissa Tomato Sauce

    • In a pot, sweat onion, garlic with olive oil.
    • Add in ground coriander seed, harissa powder and sweat till fragrant.
    • Add in Knorr Pronto Tomato, bring to boil and let it simmer for 5 mins.
  3. Avocado Salsa

    • In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
  4. Harissa Tomato NOCHICKEN

    • Heat up pan, char marinated The Vegetarian Butcher NOCHICKEN Chunks and mix in harrisa tomato sauce.
    • Let it simmer for 5 mins. Ready to assemble.
  5. Plate and Assemble

    • Assemble Tacos with harissa tomato NOCHICKEN, avocado salsa and plate base cheese.
    • Pan fry both sides of the taco till crispy and garnish with Best Food Real Mayonnaise and coriander cress before serving.
