  • Prawns, shell on 200.0 g
  • Straw Mushroom 200.0 g

Our Tom Yam recipe made with lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, red chilli, fish sauce and Tom Yam Paste is easy to prepare for your guests! For extra oomph, add in prawns, straw mushrooms and coriander.

Preparation

  1. Tom Yum Soup

    • Add all ingredients – Tom Yam Paste, lemongrass, lime leaves, red chilli, fish sauce – in a stock pot.
    • Bring to boil and simmer for 5mins.
  2. Before Serving

    • Add in prawns and simmer for 5 mins.
    • Add in straw mushroom.
    • Ready to serve.
