Preparation

  1. Preparing the Grouper Marinade

    • In a mixing bowl, add in the ingredients and marinate for 15mins
    • Lay grouper onto serving plate and steam for 15mins.
  2. Serving the Steamed Grouper

    • Lay spring onion, chili and ginger onto fish and drizzle hot oil over it before serving
    •  Do not discard the liquid from the steam fish. It is used as a serving sauce
