Preparation

  1. Yuzu Dressing

    • Add olive oil, soy sauce, yuzu juice, Honey Mustard Dressing and minced garlic in mixing bowl, whisk all.
    • Set aside.
  2. Salad

    • Wash Pea sprouts and baby spinach and spin to dry.
    • Cut smoke salmon into slice.
