  • Pasta, blanched 170.0 g
  • Salted Egg Sauce, as above 150.0 g
  • Smoked Duck, stripped 50.0 g
  • Baby Spinach, washed and cleaned 10.0 g

Preparation

  1. Salted Egg Sauce

    1. Heat up pot, melt butter, stir fry curry leaf and chili padi till fragrant.
    2. Turn to low heat and whisk in knorr golden salted egg powder.
    3. Stir fry till mixture is smooth and aromatic. Add in cream, water and bring to boil.
    4. Simmer for 2mins and fold in seasonings.
  2. Smoked Duck Salted Egg Carbonara

    1. Heat up pan, stir fry smoked duck with oil. Add in salted egg sauce and bring to boil.
    2. Add in blanched pasta, spinach mix well, plate and assemble
