Preparation

  1. Salted Egg Butter

    • Heat up pot, melt butter stir fry curry leaf and chili padi till fragrant.
    • Turn to low heat and whisk in knorr golden salted egg powder let it stir fry till fragrance and well mixed.
    • Fold in seasonings, let it cool down and whipped it till formy . Reserve for later use
  2. Cream

    • Heat up cream, bring to boil and fold in salted egg butter.
  3. Fried Items

    • Deep fried your desired items till golden brown and crispy.
    • In a mixing bowl, fold in salted egg butter and mix well. (works best with karrage, popcorn chicken)
