Mashed Potato

  • Water 300.0 g
  • UHT Milk 100.0 g
  • Knorr Potato Flakes 2kg 100.0 g
  • Salt 3.0 g
  • Butter 20.0 g

Preparation

  1. Salted Egg Sauce

    1. Heat up pot, melt butter, stir fry curry leaves and chilli padi till fragrant.
    2. Turn to low heat and whisk in Knorr Golden Salted Egg Powder.
    3. Stir fry till mixture is smooth and aromatic. Add in cream, water and bring to boil.
    4. Simmer for 2 mins and fold in seasonings.
  2. Mashed Potato

    1. Heat up water and milk in pot to 90°C. Add in salt
    2. Turn off heat, fold in Knorr Potato Flakes and mix well. Once mixed, turn on heat on fold till smooth.
    3. Plate the mash potato and drizzle salted egg sauce over.
