Asian Honey Glaze

Chicken Wings Marinade


For a crowd-pleasing party favourite, you can’t go wrong with chicken wings. Add some delicious honey glaze, shredded coriander, garlic and chilli padi to your next batch of finger-licking goodness.

Preparation

  1. Asian Honey Glaze

    • Heat up corn oil in sauce pan, add in garlic and sweat it till fragrant.
    • Add in chilli padi, LP sauce and Rock Sugar Honey Sauce.
    • Bring mixture to simmer and fold in coriander leaves.
    • Set aside for later use.
  2. Chicken Wings Marinade

    • Marinate chicken mid-joint with Hao Chi Seasoning and egg in a mixing bowl.
    • Chill in chiller for 2hrs before use.
  3. Before Serving

    • Preheat deep fryer at 170°C.
    • Coat chicken mid-joint with rice flour and deep fry it in deep fryer for 7mins or till golden brown.
    • Toss crispy mid-joint with Asian honey glaze in a mixing bowl.
    • Transfer glazed chicken wings to a plate.
    • Ready to serve.
